Meredith has been an indispensable member of FIMRC's team since early 2008. She lived on-site in El Salvador for two years as Field Operations Manager for Project Las Delicias, managing all community outreach initiatives and volunteer activities. She planned and initiated FIMRC's Micro Health Insurance Program, an innovative project which implements a holistic approach to addressing the community's most pressing health issues. In her current role as Chief Executive Officer, she oversees all operations of FIMRC's Philadelphia Headquarters, provides guidance and management to international team members, and works to implement and maintain quality standards across all international sites. Prior to joining FIMRC's team, Meredith served as a Rural Health Facilitator with the Peace Corps and graduated summa cum laude from Hope College with degrees in Psychology and Political Science.
