Each year we will be selecting girls that have had a challenging background but are very much interested in pursuing higher education or any form of education. These girls come into the clinic on a daily basis to get health education, learn vital signs and learn how a clinic works. Thus, they're able to help out and contribute to other projects that FIMRC has to benefit the community. This way we not only reinforcing their practice of responsibility, commitment and community service, but we also help them find out more about themselves and their abilities. These girls are volunteers and as a way of rewarding them for their efforts, we offer English classes or any other classes that may interest them. This makes them aim for higher goals in life.
