Pap Smear Campaign
Project Alajuelita, Costa Rica
Per Patient: $15
Preventative healthcare can have a large impact on a population’s health and ability to curb disease. With a large number of Nicaraguan refugees lacking access to specialty care like gynecology, we are hoping to launch a pap smear campaign for women in the communities near Project Alajuelita. The campaign will help fund Nicaraguan immigrant women so they’re able to get tested for abnormalities that could show underlying health conditions.
