Reyneri Yescas, FIMRC’s Registered Nurse at Project Limon, runs an in-home visitation program which includes home visits to all registered pregnant women within 5 of the surrounding communities monthly. During these sessions, women learn about the physical and emotional changes associated with pregnancy and tips for a healthy baby after the birth. Also, as part of the program, a baby shower is held for the participants in the program who will be having their baby in the upcoming month. They are presented with a New Mom Kit providing them with basic supplies needed for their newborn.

In 2018, the prenatal program expanded to 2 new communities increasing the amount of women receiving these essential materials. The funds raised will go towards buying the supplies for the new mom kit such as clothes, blankets, thermometer, nasal aspirator, diapers, nail cutters, and baby toys.
