Anconcito is a community with many talented artists and students who love to participate in dance troupes, sing, and play instruments. Together with local organizations, FIMRC plans to hold a music festival with the theme of eliminating violence against women and families. Youth and adult artists will be invited to perform a musical piece that promotes non-violence and gender empowerment. Everyone from the community will be invited to attend the festival and join the dialogue. This will be a 2-day event with funding being used towards supplies, snacks, and providing prizes and certificates to participants.
