As Project Restauración’s range of education programming has increased and more schools request educational lessons throughout the year, the need for easier mobility to run programs and offer lessons has increased. The use of a mini projector would eliminate the need to bring along additional equipment such as our mobile generator, computer, extension cords, poster boards, etc to communities that are more difficult to access. The vehicles required to transport all of this equipment are not able to access some of the more remote communities of the municipality. By reducing the amount of equipment down to a handheld projector and a USB, Project Restauración’s staff will be able to access harder to reach and more vulnerable communities with education programming. Additionally, this will permit our staff to divide up and run lessons in different communities simultaneously.
