At the rural clinic, patient medical charts can be damaged by leaking rain water from the roof or pulling the charts from cramped shelves. Having a closet/cupboard for storing these medical charts will prevent from physical damage and protect them from rain. Since these charts are preserved in the clinic it is essential to store the charts for longer time periods for better follow-up of our patients.
