FIMRC Anconcito has successfully carried out three sessions each of Chicas Maravillas and Superman clubs for girls and boys. These after-school clubs focus on health education such as nutrition, hygiene, and exercise, as well as life skills like healthy decision-making, self-esteem, goal setting, and conflict resolution. 50 children ages 7-11 have graduated from the 8-week sessions, and we plan to continue offering the courses throughout the year. $250 would allow us to buy materials and supplies for the courses throughout the entire year.
