This project will be a tool to help resolve economic conditions for two populations in our community that need special support. Women and the disabled do not have as many opportunities to explore their abilities and develop skills to support themselves, and so these baking classes will help them develop self-confidence and professional skills. The costs will fund the ingredients of each class, while the chef is donating his time.
